I've recently begun to dable in Animatronics, as I've already created autonomous robots, and robotic arms (oh the joys of inverse kinematics!), so I thought I'd construct my own animatronic.
I'm using a PICAXE 16F84, on a development board, dozens of cheap DC motors, that are small, use low power and operate fairly well under low revs (this took some finding!).
