Ritalin and Concerta

Hey anyone take ritalin or atteral or its latest form - Concerta? Its about the 12-year-old again (my lovely stepson) and this time we really need some advice from people who have.
He does not have ADD exactly but really has trouble focusing in school and keeping up with homework. He does not get in trouble very much and is a nice kid. Parenting Advice needed for boys

So the 12-year-old, who seems to be addicted to his TV and vid games, knocked over the TV the other day and smashed it. Of course it was not the little portable, it was the big expensive one. With summer coming up and him being home alone, do you men who can still remember being 12 think we should:

Do you consider yourself anonymous when acting under a username? Would you tell the world something you would never tell your closest friend in person?
Are you less shy/more sociable in text? A completely different person, even?
To answer for myself, I'm pretty much a different person in text. I don't talk much at all, and when I do, it's nothing like what I put in writing.
