The term Geek gets a makeover...

In my school, Noblesville High School, there really are two main cliques. Geeks and Everyone Else. Geeks (about 7/8 of the school) use this term affectionately, and even though we are all different (goths, preps, jocks, artists, and nomads) we all share a common set of ideas:
1.) It is okay to break out your Geek glasses.
2.) Sweats, mini skirt, skinny jeans, WEAR WHAT YOU WANT!
3.) Don\'t Judge.

Recently, I've been working on the feasibility of a telepresence android, and I was hoping I could get some input on a few of my ideas.
So, without firther ado:
THE HEAD
I'm thinking of using a plastic lab skull, with a molded piece of latex to serve as skin.
I would use an ink-jet printer to add facial details onto the latex, and then mold it around a face-cast under heat.
